Susan has been a successful insurance agent for 18 years, with a focus on Medicare advantage for the last 15 years. Starting as a sales representative, Susan quickly moved up the ranks to a leadership role, and eventually was promoted to Market Director for the state of Alabama.
Recently, Susan has decided to embark on a new venture and partner with her daughter Ashley Taylor, to start their own insurance agency, Simple Healthcare Solutions. Their mission is to help seniors understand how their decisions can impact their health while making the process as simple as possible for them.
Susan's experience and expertise in the industry have led her to recognize the importance of educating and supporting the senior community. At Simple Healthcare Solutions, Susan, Ashley and their team of agents are dedicated to providing top-notch training and support to their agents, so they can effectively educate seniors on their Medicare advantage options and help them make informed decisions about their healthcare.
